Promoting Fairtrade in Neath Port Talbot

Welcome to NPT Fairtrade ForumFT Fortnight 2012

Neath Port Talbot is a Fairtrade County & Neath and Port Talbot are Fairtrade Towns! Fairtrade County Logo

Neath Port Talbot first achieved Fairtrade County Status in July 2007.

We hope that this will not only help and support producers in third world countries, but also raise the profile of the County for shoppers and gain promotion on the Fairtrade website and any local directories.                 Fairtrade Town Logo

The Fairtrade mark ensures that farm owners and workers in the third world are guaranteed a fair price for their products; Thanks to its supporters, the Fairtrade movement has gone from strength to strength and today shoppers can choose from more than 4,500 Fairtrade certified products including cotton clothing, bananas, wines, ice-cream and cosmetics.
